As America’s Reinvention Expert, I help individuals and corporations become clear on their WHAT -- that is, the ONE thing they were created to do. My proven framework is built on the premise that, in order to realize your desired results, you must be clear on your Gifts, the Vehicle you will use to share those Gifts with the world, and the People you are most compelled to serve. That's what I'll help you do.
I work with the unemployed, military veterans, and students who need direction; executives who seek to shift from prominence to relevance; and corporations both large and small. As someone who has reinvented my life numerous times over the years, created four multimillion-dollar companies from scratch and, most importantly, has been married for 16 years and have three incredible boys, I understand what it takes to attain ultimate achievement in business and life.
I don't need to go on and on about my bio, but just know that I'm a New York Times bestselling author, frequent media guest, international keynote speaker, online veteran who launched on CompuServe's Electronic Mall in 1993, Chairman and co-founder of Liquor.com, and well compensated coach/consultant. I'm damn good at what I do. One hour with me is the equivalent of a month with someone else. Guaranteed.
My DJ name was Mr. Bold. I earned it... and you'll see why. You found this page for a reason. Send me an email or call me. Let's get started. The world is waiting for you.

Just a quick note to bring you up to date. Internet Prophets LIVE! was a great motivational kick for our whole team. We almost tripled our business since we attended and Kolja, my Fitness coach, marketing prodigee and business partner, is celebrating his first Amazon Kindle bestseller which reached #1 in three categories in the German fitness and health food niche. Basically, I wanted to touch base, say thank you and sign up for this year's event. We will come!!! When is it? Cheers! - David Yaish
WOW!! The Reinvention Workshop was outstanding! I really didn’t know what to expect, but it was great. You said things in a way that really resonated with me. I can’t wait to get the recording. I got so much that it will take all week to go through my notes and, more importantly, to design a path or two and take action. I really liked how you had us work on a project going from the end to the beginning. You truly do have a gift. Please continue to share it! - Richard Villasana
WOW! Thanks for a great few days of discovery at The Reinvention Workshop! My certainty has grown and how to execute my vision is even clearer than before. I can tell you it has been a painful few years knowing what I was here to do, yet not knowing how to get it to my "people". Thank you from my heart and those I will serve! I will tell so many others about you! - Brian Leslie Miller
Working with Steve Olsher and my fellow Circle of 10 team has been THE most impactful and exciting opportunity for personal and professional growth that I've been a part of in my 18 years in business. It has inspired, motivated and supported me to take real and focused action on a path to prosperity that truly makes my heart sing. Steve's unwavering support and his challenging and insightful curriculum, have propelled me out of my comfort zone and into a zone of possibility that excites me, motivates me and supports me in playing a bigger game! It doesn't matter where you are in the world, if you're ready to play your own bigger game ... you MUST join the Circle of 10! - Tania Moloney
Before working with Steve, I was really, really good at pretending to be someone I’m not just so I could fit in.
In Steve’s coaching program, The Circle of 10, I learned to leverage the unique gifts I was born with, develop a vehicle for sharing those gifts, reach out to find people looking for exactly what I have to offer, and make a good living doing it.
Thank you Steve for everything! - Andrea Robinson
Señor Olsher, My name is Jackson Muñoz. I live in Colombia, South America. I´m 36 years old. I found your book and devoured it. I just finished all the exercises and in the process my WHAT and actions got aligned. Magically things started happening, the company I´m working on for a year is about to open, my band is going to start with the people I wanted and with a clear concept. Both my company and my music are part of my WHAT... my Vehicles. I´m telling everyone to buy and read your book, but the language barrier is an obstacle. I believe that we will overcome that soon with a translation in Spanish. In the while I'm spreading the word, telling them how did you help me and helping them to find their WHAT. Thanks a lot from the bottom of my heart, for all your work and purpose. - Jackson Munoz
Hey Steve: I wanted to send you a quick note regarding your new book, What is Your WHAT? It is FABULOUS!!! Thank you for writing it and truly changing so many lives; mine in particular! It is by far the best book I have read that takes a person through such an intense journey of self discovery. LOVE, LOVE it! When a person truly discovers their "WHAT" an entire new universe begins to expand. Life is a journey and life is good. Thanks! - Julie Carr
I was a bit skeptical when I started reading this book because it opened with six pages of "Praise for What Is Your WHAT?". Quotes upon quotes touting this book as the best thing since sliced bread. I read them all and was curious if the author could really deliver the "ultimate guide on self-discovery" as Erika Gilchrist says in her review. However, it didn't take too long to see why so many people came forward to endorse Steve Olsher and "What Is Your WHAT?".
I was very impressed with the information presented in this book and will definitely be working through all of the exercises and keeping the seven life-altering principles in mind as I live day-to-day, figure out what my WHAT is (although I already have an inkling what that might be), and become successful at it. I plan to frequently dip into the book to refresh my memory and to plan for the future. - Traci Otte
Have you ever asked yourself what you are meant to do with your life? I personally have! On my quest I have read hundreds of self-help books to find my direction. A couple of weeks ago I stumbled over Steve Olsher, an author I have never heard before and his book 'What Is Your WHAT?' The book is divided into three parts and 18 chapters. Every chapter includes practical exercises where the reader can reflect and brainstorm ideas and get clear on his or her thoughts. The author offers strategies and techniques to enhance the reader’s personal development and direction in life. At the end the author invites the reader to think about the possibility to monetize his or her personal gift. ‘What Is Your WHAT?’ is easy to read and a compact version of a personal life coaching course. My most favourite parts of the book are how Steve gives real life case studies and the way he recaps each chapter in a ‘Takeaway’ version. I highly recommend it.

I attended Internet Prophets LIVE! and just wanted to say "Thank You" for putting on a great event. It’s one thing to watch online videos, read books, and follow various bloggers of interest. But it’s an entirely different experience to hear, meet, and share ideas face to face with fellow aspiring entrepreneurs. Here's what’s come about as a result of the event. One of the key takeaways was to not “reinvent the wheel.” This mindset helped me create my startup Gradzy. A quick back story about me: I was raised by an incredible single mom who didn't have the means to save for my college education. Like many college students, I took on sizable student loans to pay for my education. Although I am truly grateful for the opportunity to have received my college education, I have first-hand understanding of the burden that comes along with excessive student debt after graduation. Though I don't yet have children, I’d like to make it possible for them (and, of course, others) to avoid having to endure the burden of overwhelming student loans. So, from this genuine concern, Gradzy was born - a collective college savings platform to help parents send their children to college and graduate with as little student debt as possible. Imagine Kickstarter meets Mint, but designed for a debt-free education. Although we are just getting started, the Gradzy future looks bright and I am excited to see where this journey leads. Again, thank you for jump-starting my inner entrepreneur!- Evan Demkiw
